Born on September 22, 1973.

In 1995 graduated from Law Department of Voronezh State University in “Law” speciality.

In 1995-2000 – Served at legal positions of Ministry of Defense and in investigative divisions of Federal Tax Police Service of Russian Federation.

In 2002 – defended his thesis on “Features of the investigation of tax crimes “with a foreign element”. Research supervisor – Doctor of legal sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of Russian Federation – O. J. Baev.

Activity out of the university

Judge of the Nineteenth arbitration court of appeal.

Dontzov P. V. is a member of Russian Association of International Law, a member of the editorial board of the “Eurasian Legal magazine” included by Higher Attestation Commission of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation in the list of leading reviewed scientific editions in which the main scientific results of theses on competition of scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of legal sciences have to be published.

Dontzov P. V. passed scientific training at University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) in 2010, at the University Of Leeds (UK) in 2012.

Sphere of scientific interests: international economic law, international aspects of the problem of justice in sphere of economic activity, legal systems of foreign countries; comparative law.
