Research supervisor of magistracy is doctor of legal sciences, professor, head of Chair of the International and European law Biryukov Pavel Nikolaevich.

Teaching is conducted by teaching staff of VSU chairs of the International and European law, the theory and history of state and law, civil law and process, financial law, and also prominent Russian experts from other universities and research centers, attracted for reading separate disciplines. To the students regularly perform representatives of Russian Foreign Ministry and other ministries and agencies, law enforcement, etc.
